How to make a wire work system, or rope, links on how to make cheap wire work system?

So I need to suspend my actor up, as if she were falling, in front of a green screen, with a wire, and I can remove it in post, so can even use rope for that matter, because in the shot she will be seen far away from the screen,

Does anyone know how, or any links to where I may be able to build such a suspension system that is safe? I only need her about 2 feet above ground, but upside down, I would'nt want her falling on her head.

Heres a long shot, But if you have any friends that do rock climbing have them loan you the harness and some carabeaners. Then heres the long shot for as far as it goes for suspending and the rope. I dont know where your shooting this, garage, studio, basement? But if you could take the harness and get some climbing rope from a sports store, should prob be able to get it in green so it should key, then as far as it goes for hanging your actress up side down I'm pretty sure the harness should have a multiple places to put carabeaners on, and you should be able to tire it up and hang her to what ever you got that you are going to suspend her from. and place her upsidedown. This is how I see it. And the harness you should be able to hide unde clothes. But this is just an idea. But hey its better than nothing.
