how to lock audio to clip?

I downloaded all the footage from a scene onto my time line and I also downloaded the sound man audio onto the time line. It took a bit of time to match the audio to the mouth. Now I'm ready to start editing the clips BUT here is the QUESTION - How do I lock each audio to each clip as itself so when I move the clip or start cutting it I don't lose the sink up of the audio to the clip? I hope this makes sense Thanks

Select the video and audio you want (shift left click), then right click, "groups" then "create new"

Or, select the clips you want and just press G.
