How to lock a track?

I know to "unlock" a video/audio track you use Control U, but for the life of
me I can't remember how to "lock" these two tracks back together.

Press G.

Or hold down control, select the tracks clips, and right click the lot of them. A menu will pop up and then you select "create new group".
