Now here's something really interesting: I heard some DPs have used this thing called the VariCon system. My question is quite simply: What is it exactly? Do any of you guys use it? Where to get one?
Whatever it is, I must buy it. With all my money. It must be THE thing to eliminate other things. The king of lighting equipment.
Makes me wonder: How in hell could I have lived up to this point without owning one? Boggles me. Utterly mysterious, ain't it?
Please enlighten me. What I am exchanging my house for? Is it really as GODLY as I think it MUST be. Yes, I feel pretty smart, having heard of the VariCon system.
I mean, throw all your diabolical lighting set-ups away. This is the real deal. Do you mount it straight to your camera to achieve stunning results? Who knows? You, perhaps?
