How to light this sene

I want to shoot a conversation between the barman and a costumer on this set.
My problem is the grain and the different type of the lights.
I will use HVX200 and 3 quartz lights 800Watt with Color temperature: 3200K and focusing features

As you see in the picture there is a big (maybe) fluorescent lamp on the roof, the fluorescents under the bar, the spotlights on the wall and the coca cola refrigerator. I'm a little confused how to control all these stuff ...

I have an idea to turn the roof lamps off .. and light bounding with the quartz the small roof upon the barman and of course have the beautiful orange spotlights behind him on. About the refrigerator If i can't turn his fluorescent lamps off I will put him an 3200K color correction filter and have it out of frame

Would you think it will work ??
thanks

It's a bar. All the light shouldn't match. If you'd like to ensure that the principle actors are shown without a color cast, then you just need to make certain that they receive your 3200k light and you white balance for that.

If you are going to film a conversation between 2 people, how wide will the shots be? What are you planning to do?

Will you do a wide master shot that shows as much of the bar as you do in your first photo here? No need to correct for colors there, just make sure you have enough light.

Maybe you'll do a couple OTS shots and a couple of closeups. The frame will likely be pretty tight for those, and not much is going to show, so no need to worry about a lot of color balancing.

No one is going to expect the colors to "match" in a bar. So I wouldn't worry much about it. Making sure you have enough light to get a clean image is another thing altogether.

The First pic is just to show you the whole set... the widest shot I'll use is about as the second picture .. that's why i said to light with the quartz the low roof upon the barman ... (and about the same wide would be the customer's shot ... like the POV in the last pic)

I would walk in there with one/two of your lights and do a quick test shot. This will help you decide what you need to do. Turn off some of the lights and shoot 30 seconds or more.
