how to group audio with video

Hey I'm editing some footage with my T2i and I had my audio come from a separate recorder
I'm wondering how I go about locking the audio and the video tracks together so they don't become out of sync?

Select both tracks...and press the "G" key.
(Or select both tracks. right-click on one, select group from the menu)

Use the "U" key to ungroup.

Clips, not tracks. I know that's what you meant, but just be clear . . .
