How to grab a still frame from FCP X?

I know it is probably very simple but I have not been able to find out how to export a still frame from FCP X. Please help. :)
 
Pretty simple actually...

  • Park the playhead on a frame in the timeline that you’d like to export as a still.
  • From the Menu Bar choose Share > Export Current Frame…
  • Choose the image file type you’d like to use and Save.

That can also be assigned to a key command in the Command Editor if you do it often and you don't want to have to go to the menu every time.
