Honestly... I've got NO idea what you are talking about.
You mean all music videos have a bright clear look?
Color Grading is an art to itself. There is a wonderful section on it in the manuals. DO read it. Ok?
I suggest using your 3way and crush blacks and push whites. Slide the mids around a bit until you get something you like. Then adjust hues with maybe the straight CC.
Anyway -- that's just a QUICK do-something.

I think you mean over-saturation. But I think the trends in music vids here are to desaturate colours, turn up contrast, and, above all, maintain realistic skin tones.

also, heavy sharpening is the trend as of late. this adds to the crispy clean look you are after.
