How to get HD material on a regular DVD?

Hey there!
Im wondering how to get hd material on a REGULAR dvd. We have final cut studio 2 at our disposal. Read from somewhere that it is possible but cant find the info anywhere anymore. Preferably in B-Ray format due to the HD-DVD's losing the battle. Any info on how to do it in FCP or DVD Studio etc. Or any ideas of a program that would do the job guaranteed? Thanks for your time.

In DVDSP you can make a sorta HD-DVD on a regular DVD that will play on a Mac or on certain HD-DVD players. Otherwise you can get Adobe Encore and make Blu-Ray discs with a Blu-Ray burner. Otherwise you can simply connect a Mac to an HD display via DVI or a DVI to HDMI connector. That's the best way to get full quality.
