How to get better Audio on a HDSLR

I'm planing to shoot a wedding with an HDSLR but I'm afraid the in camera mic on the 5D will not hold up.
I will be shooting the groom while my partners will be shooting the Bride. I need good audio on both HDSLRs but having a boom pole operator for each camera is not practical.

Is there a boom or lav mic mount I can use to attach onto the HDSLRs to capture better audio?
Also would that the increase the amount of memory I use on my flash cards?

Thank You !

Definitely, the in camera mic won't work and the AGC in the camera will probably make it sound like sh*t with hiss and pumping of the audio. Boom poles seem very intrusive in a moment like that. It's not just the bride and Groom, but the pastor needs to be heard as well. It seems like wireless lavs would be the best way to go with a separate audio system unless you want to go with something like Magic Lantern which would defeat the camera's AGC and also let you monitor the sound being recorded, but I think you might want to give yourself a couple of weeks to work with that before trusting it to a once in a lifetime moment that can't be repeated.

I think if it were me (since you have partners). I would assign someone to be the audio person, use wireless mics and record to something like the Zoom h4n. Seems pretty nerve racking no matter which way you go.

Marantz PMD 661 is looking really nice.
