How to focus when using handgrips and shoulder mount

Instead of reaching around to a follow focus, I'm sure there is an electronic device to control focus from the handgrips. Do you guys recommend any brand/model in particular?

If there is a way to shoulder mount a camera and keep it stable with only one hand on a handgrip while the other controls focus, I would be interested in hearing about this setup too.

I have a rig that I use. It's not a one handed grip its two. I have follow focus on one handle and zoom control on other handle. I can make adjustments on both without ever changing my grip.
