How to fix typeface from old newspaper clips

Hi, this may not be necessarily a photo shop question.

But I am trying to use an image from old newspaper clips for a documentary. The text unfortunately is hard to read on screen.

Is there anyway to fix these fonts so that it is more readable? We are planning to use many old newspaper images so easier/faster is better...
