how to find these 2 locations

I live in the Philly/Jersey area where these 2 locations are probably very abundant but I dont know who to talk to or where to look (or even where to post in craigslist)

1. Normal sized house with a piano.

2. Country side rail road track.

If someone could give me an idea of how to find these locations that'd be great.

Strangely enough I have had decent luck with scouting locations myself then knocking on a few doors. The piano one may be tougher unless you have a pair of binoculars and don't mind being a peeping tom. j/k

Put ads in the newspaper, and even the cheap ads or Craigslist might yield results, but you'll never know if you don't try something. Be creative, ask everyone you know, if any of them might know somebody with a house and piano. Unless you are a complete hermit, you should know at least a few people, right? Try everything and anything. Wouldn't you like to rent a nice house and learn piano?
