How to feed a Countryman B6, wired?

Hi, I wonder if some of you guys could help me to understand what kind of adapter I need to convert a countryman B6 (1/8 plug), which I use with a wireless kit, so I could connect it directly to the camera or a mixer.

I know some kind of convertion is needed, to feed the mic, but could you guide me in the right direction? to some link perhaps?

I assume it's currently wired for a G2 or G3 kit, so you'd need one of these.

If it's wired for a different transmitter, you should be able to find a corresponding adapter at the usual location audio shops. They'll be able to tell you exactly which one you'd need.
