How to export uncompressed .mov files (t2i/550d)

In Premiere CS5 how do you export the sequence as an uncompressed (t2i/550d) .mov file? In other words the raw files are just cut up and strung together in the edit -- no compression. This can be done in final cut but how do you do this in Premiere? "Match sequence settings" just does an mpeg file.

There is no such thing as an uncompressed file from a 550D. That camera delivers video in h.264 in a .mov container, which is highly compressed. So depending on what you want to do with the clip after export you should export it in a suitable format for that specific purpose.

I interpreted the requestion as 'how to avoid recompressing'... For that I don't know... I don't know if FCP has a way to do that either...

I'm trying to export stretched anamorphic footage destined for Bluray or just computer projecting. It's footage from a 550d/t2i. I guess my question is what is the best way to export my sequence? I've been recommended AVCI and Mpeg2? I'd like to know the best way to do this for a high quality file.

Export sequence as Format: Quicktime, Video Codec: None.
Set the basic settings to suit, save these as a preset for next time.
Tick; Render at Max Depth(but don't go stupid, no 32bit for low-res input)
Use Max Render Quality.

You can also use Quicktime Animation codec but the files are huge.

Why not export to H.264 Blu Ray if that's where the final video is going?
