How to export flv from FCP

hey everyone,

for week i have been trying to find out how to export a flv from FCP... i have done it on one machine but for some reason i can not get it to work on my other machines..

can any one be of assistance ?

the computer that can export flv from FCP has FCP 6.0.6, CS3, and the perian plug-in for quick time

the next machines have FCP 6.0.6, CS4 and the perian plugin...

i am wondering to myself if the problem is with CS4 but im not sure...

i would love if any one could help me and give me an alternate solution..

FCP does not export flash files.
Adobe Flash will convert video to flash.

I have the ON2 Flix exporter plug in for FCP / Compressor. This gives you the ability to export .flv files.

Visual Hub is a great, cheap, swiss army knife and compliments Compressor well. Export a self-contained Quicktime at current settings, and put it in Visual Hub. Check the "Raw .flv Format" if you need a .FLV extension. Leave it unchecked if you need .SWF extension. Tweak the FLV settings and you're all set.
