How To export clips cutted froma single master clip??

Hi,
maybe someone has already posted q similar question, in this case please post the link to the thread!

I have a long master clip (20min) that I already cutted in a sequence in small pieces (arounf 12f to 1 sec).
Now I'd like to use retimer functions to add dynamic slow mo to most of the cuts and also send them to Motion for optical slow mo, instead of FCP "blending".
What I need is to "transform" the cuts to single master clips without loosing the sequence, exporting them or copying, duplicating...
I've tried to use Media manager: the result was the same long clip, I've tried to select the cuts and use "Make indipendent clips" then Media Manager: same long clip, tried selecting the cuts then Make Subclips in a new seq, then Make Indipendente clips then Media Manager: same long clip..!!!!

Anyone know the solution?

Mark an in and an out on the timeline from the begining of the first to the end of the last clip you want to use and either go file>send to>Motion or File> Export quicktime and then import the Qtime file to motion

I know that solutions, but what I need is to get the cutted clips as multiple master clip, standalone, as Motion when you set in the Inspector Optical option for variable speed it start processing the whole 20 min master clip (!!!) no matter if the In Out point are 12f in the layer...
I've tried to export a single cut of 17 frames and it took minutes for Motion to process Optical option...
I'm sure that should be a solution to export or use Media Manager to get all cuts as single clips...
