How to duplicate a portion of a background within the same video?

Help. I shot some footage at a wild flowers field, need to duplicate the portion with nice blooms into the areas of the video that are barren. I use adobe premiere and know a little after effects, also have Boris filters . If you know of a video tutorial you can post a link to would be great. Thanks
