In this video, we can see a nice effect. When the cam passes through a wall, the image change (time code 1:43)

somebody knows how we can make this effect?

It's "easy" but we always know, nothing is "easy". Do the same shot before and after and than mix it together. The only difficult part is, the camera and dolly settings must be the same for each shot!
