Pretty good...

Yeah, I could have been more detailed what I meant...so what I'm after is this kind of 'old newspaper' look like in this picture. I really like it and would like to make my own version of this kind of text which is on the old paper. It should look like that is has been taken from some newspaper long ago and maybe also put some more of the same kind of stuff on the background, just like in the this picture. Then I could maybe move it in the AE for the video footage...

Yeah, Niebs_2022, thanks for the link. That's a good start.

Ou yeah, John! That's a cool link, thanks! I already found 'Creating and editing Antique Ads' from that site and it looks very good! I have to try it!

Dip paper in milk or lemon juice and run a hairdryer on it if you want the hands on approach. Don't do this with ink jet printout.

Of course, the other thing to do besides the filters/brushes etc. is to actually make it look like it came from a newspaper in the first place. That Emily Rose pic is a VERY poor simulated newspaper article. The typesetting is too modern, and look at all that white space!

Ditto that.

Also, coffee and tea stains once dried will give a nice look as well.

Don't be afraid to crumple, iron, fold, twist, or anything else you can think of to get some good textures.
