Hi!
I wanted to know how can I get this photografic effect: I don't know how you call it in English but it's like darker zones around the frame. It's something like when you throw a light to a wall and the borders are degraded. Do you know what I mean? Is there a particular effect for this?

The word you're looking for is vignette. Sorry, I don't know how to do this in Vegas because I don't use it but could be accomplished through color correction or a gradient matte. Perhaps you Vegas users could chime in...

sure piece of cake.. its actually a preset effect, called cookie cutter. Select cookie cutter, then Circle, feather it a bit, and then adjust the size to suit your tastes.
