How to do this effect?

Actually I know how to shoot what I want (greenscreen) but once I get it into the computer and key out the green do I need to convert the file over to a flash file? It's going to be for a website. I want a person to come out on the screen and talk for a seconds then go away.

Click the link below to get an idea of what I mean. On the website below the guy is already on the screen and you have to click him to make him talk. I want to actually walk out onto the screen while explaining whatever it is that needs to be explained!

After keying, you'll have to convert the file over to an .flv file with the alpha channel preserved. Then you can bring it into Flash to finish integrating with the site.
