how to do "Heroes" style titles

I was wondering if there is a Tutorial somewhere on how to make the title style like on the tv show Heroes. Like when the camera will be panning and the name of the chapter would be on the wall or floor and people would walk in front of it or step on it. thanks

That should get you started. Not sure how it will work compositing it with people walking on it, but that should be a good start.
