This might be a stupid question, but I really don't know what to search on google to get an aswer, and I'm in a rush...
I have a quite long project that is going on a dual layer DVD disc, and my question is, when exporting, does the file size matter when it comes to how much it will fit on a DVD? Or is it all determined by how long the clip is, and not at all by the size?
I ask this because if it is only determined by the length, I can crank up the file size to get more quality out of the image!
