How To Crop Corners? (Garbage Matte?)

[vision_filmz]

I have some video that I shot that is not centered and I am using it for some graphics work. Problem is I only want to crop the Right Corner and not the whole right side.... SO My question is how can I crop a right corner of a video & only that top right corner?

THanks

There's also this lovely 8-point garbage matte:

Did I mention it's free?
