How to credit for multiple production roles

I've just finished a short, and I wondered what to do about credits when one person has performed multiple tasks. For starters: I wrote, shot, directed, edited, colour graded and produced it. So I guess, I could have my name appear 6 times in the credits, but that could look weird - egotistical even.

The other option I thought of would be to have a static credit before the rolling credit. The static credit would say written, produced, and directed by... yours truly.... My name would still have to appear a couple of times in the rolling credits. Also... I had a co-producer. I did 95% of the work, but the arrangement before we shot was that he would get a producer credit. So I don't know if I can ethically get away with putting my name up front with the producer credit and then put his later on in the credits.

any ideas?

Say a film by.....

Doesn't have to be too complicated. Just something all encompassing like that will do it, you'll be wearing many hats for quite some time, much better to pretend like you only wore one.

Don't give yourself multiple credits. It makes you look like an amateur (or Vincent Gallo).

I've seen "factotum" used for someone who did multiple things, but "producer" generally is sufficient, I'd say.

I added something similar to my video I'm busy editing. I added this in the beginning to give it my name and everything that I did:

a ENTER NAME HERE film

Since I own a company, sometimes I say things like post production provided by kgi media, Location audio provided by kgi media.
