How to create this look, help?

[Mr. Durden]

OK I'm just wondering how to get that same look about 36 seconds into the this movie ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P0AZIFmkogY ).

For me it's hard to explain it's like a desaturated, yellowish tint. But I'm having trouble figuring this out.

It could be an overlay yellow layer on top.. then play with the opacity, and adjust the video layer at the bottom.
