How to create these graphics?

I'm curious how to get all the little graphical and text elements floating on the screen seen throughout this video, especially at 0:23. Is this taken from a stock element site? If so, which ones should I look at? If it's done from scratch are there any tutorials that could help me create them? I'm guessing it's done in After Effects. Thanks.

Yes, I would imagine AE is the software used here.
Check out http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/ for a whole bunch of easy to follow tutorials on such things, #84 (futuristic HUD) would be a complicated version of what you are looking for.

I'm quite familiar with Videocopilot. I was hoping for something a little less involved.

Yeah looks like some HUD overlays... Needs some camera tracking too, if you have some movement in your shots.

is not a hard thing to do, the most complex part is the design and animatons of the graphics elements, this is done in a composition apart of the video.
Then in another composition put the video segment, do a 3d camera tracking to the footage.
Import the previoulsy done graphic composition to the video composition, select one of the many tracking points of the tracking result, now select the graphic comp and use the wipping tool to select your tracking point of the video.
Really, is much more simple of what do youn think.
