Hi everyone,

I currently have a wedding video coverage company and I wanted to protect my dvds so that the clients can't just replicate them at home. They have to buy the DVD from my company. What software do I use? I currently run on DVD studio pro and just burn them straight from my laptop.

Does anyone know any DVD replication companies in Puerto Rico?

You can't protect burned DVD's. The only way to add copy protection even in a replicated disc is to enable it in DVDSP and then deliver on LTO tape to the replicator. It sucks for people like you, but that's the way it is. Even if you did protect it, it's so easy beat copy protection that I almost find it pointless.

yes, the copy protection even if you could get it on your disks isn't going to slow anyone under the age of 60 or so from making copies. The package is probably your best defense. People get the video for sentimental reasons a nice package would go a ways toward making buying a copy a lot better than some generic clone.

Oh well, I guess Im just gonna have to not rely on my clients getting extra DVDs. Thanks for your help everyone.
