How to create a stand with 2 lights that can spin

Hello,

I am looking to place 2 arri 650W's lights on a lightstand next to each other on a bar on the same light stand. So I can pan the bar around and the 2 lights will move simuntainsly in order to fake car headlights turning into the scene.

What gear do I need to pull this off?

If you need a wider distance between the lights you can use a piece of 5/8" tube or grip arm mounted in a gobo head with gobo heads on each end of the pipe, and baby pins in each head
