How to create a Project like this?

Is something like this even possible with Final Cut Pro?

What I'm thinking is Final Cut Pro, Apple Motion and Photoshop

You would need to green screen or shoot in front of an white background, motion tracking and Photoshop. You could green screen key in FCP or Motion but after that everything else would require either Motion or After Effects.
