So basically, I normally just export the file as a .mov, run it through the special Vimeo/YouTube settings in Compressor, then upload it to YouTube/Vimeo/Wherever.
I have to give a Flash video to someone by today. I have NO idea how to do that, and have CS4 with Flash. Can someone explain to me how to run it through? I tried and am so horribly lost, so any help would be great.
