How to convert from NTSC to PAL?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to convert an NTSC project into PAL? What are the disavantages and loss when doing this?

compressor 2 can do a pretty good job converting FOOTAGE from one standard to another. which isn't the same thing as changing your project.
