How to convert 60i NTSC Stock footage to 24p in FCP?

Hi guys,

I have a question for you. How can I convert my 60i NTSC stock footage(720x486) to 24p(wide screen 16:9) in FCP 5.04? Is there a built-in converter in FCP? Thanks.

I don't speak from a lot of experience but I understand Red Giant who makes Magic Bullet for Editors sells a solution for this.

Magic Bullet will not do this Nattress plugin or Cine tools is the only way to go
