how to charge for multiple dvd sales

I've been thinking about two ways to charge this band I shot. They want me to edit their set into a dvd. To send the dvd out and have it duplicated costs about $3.50. Should I just charge them like $15 per dvd or just a flat editing fee and give them one disk and let them do the duplicating process?

They're used to doing the second option for cds so it might be easier.

Do you not mind the labor?

As far as music videoss go, My experience with higher end bands involved constant bitching at me about cover art design and dvd cases, getting their stuff on myspace, youtube, etc.
I'd charge them a reasonable editing fee and give them a master for an extra 20.
