How to change your layout in vegas 8?

I notice my preview window is at my upper right corner, and I want at the lower right corner, I tried to move it manually but it won't let me. How do i move down to where i want it?

If you're in Vegas 8 - choose preferences - display - and uncheck Display Timeline at bottom of main window - this will dock your timeline on top and allow you to move your preview window to the bottom

(Don't know for sure on the titler...but...)

Most (all?) those little tabbed windows for FX and such can be "torn off" and put anywhere on your desktop.

Sure. Don't close it. You can drag any window to anywhere on the screen.
