How to cause a draft of air?

We need to know how to cause a "draft" as though a quick gust of wind just passed in front of you? We tried compressed air cans and they didn't work. We'll be out where there is no electricity. Any suggestions?

Post - I think that would probably knock over the actors. Not sure fanning would do the trick. It needs to be something that passes quickly here and then there. The only thing that comes to mind is a battery operated blowdryer?

i used diver tank , 300 bar compressed air.
you just open for 1 second and you can blow anything.
to be on the safe side, use a half filled tank.
