How to capture 24p?

I have Premiere Pro 1.5 with a Matrox rtx.100 xtreme pro editing card.

I shoot everything in 24p mode. Now the options I have through matrox presets is 29.97 frames and lowerfield.

Premiere does give the Panasonic 24p option, but then the matrox realtime effects will probably be disabled.

Am I losing quality using the matrox presets?
 
I havnt found any great quality loss by using the matrox presets the only differance from you to me is i am a PAL user but i cant see there being any more loss in quality
