How to calibrate LCD monitors to obtain "true" color?

Hello frinds.

I have used for many years Good CRT monitors and learn very well how to deal with them in order to obtain the color I need in video.

A few months ago I get 2 LG 22" LCD monitors but never get the #$%& color, even the same #$%& color in both.

Furthermore, they do not have any control to adjust like Crt's.

Do any body knows about?

LCD is just not as good as CRT when it comes to color reproduction, you'll only be able to get close approximation by calibrating through color bar (those LCD that will give you that option).
