How to blend identical scenes?

The last 2 could easily be done in PPro just by split screen.

Simply record the first scene with you positioned to the left or right, then shoot another take with you on the opposite side of the viewfinder. Just don't move the camera or lighting between shots.

Then haul the clips into PPro, stack one on top of the other in the time line, then using the crop tool, remove the side opposite where you are standing from both of the clips and you should have it.

The first one looks like a lot of After Effects work.

The idea is basically what Brad said, but instead of using the Crop tool, apply a four point or eight points Garbage Matte and change the mask shape to the area you want to keep. This gives you greater control.

This stuff is really meant to be done in a compositing program like After Effects. You'll discover that if two objects passes through each other, a garbage matte will not work because there is a sharp edge from where the two shots are placed together. The way to fix it is to feather, blur out the edge of the mask to hide the sharp edge, but this is not possible in Premiere.
