How to bill for travel days...

I've been asked to shoot a day of b-roll overseas. It involves leaving in the early afternoon of Day 1, arriving Day 2 and traveling to location, and shooting on Day 3, then flying out early on Day 4.
How should I bill Days 1 and 2? Sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, but I need to send a quote soon, so hoping to get an idea of what others might do.

I have a pre-production rate, production rate and post-production rate. I bill travel at my pre-production rate up to 8 hours a day.
 
Typically for domestic travel on a true 'travel only' day, I bill a full day labor. Of course client relationships and distance/time can play into it, as well.
