How to attach a boom pole to a tripod?

I mostly use a mic stand for locked down interviews when filming without a soundperson, but sometimes the reach isn´t long enough and I can´t frame the way I want...
So how could I attach the boompole to a light or C stand? I´m sure there´s some sort of grip head for this, please help me out!

try a fishing rod holder. same thing much much cheaper!
this is just an example im sure you can find them at many different sporting good / outdoor retailers

Is there maybe a unit that allows tilting? (The griphead tilts of course...)
Will also look into fishing supply:thumbsup:...

I use the boom mate and it works fine. Just use the grip head for tilting.
