Hi, using Vegas pro 9.e

Just as you can apply filters to individual events on the video side how can you do so on the audio side ? - for instance each audio clip dont have the fx symbol like the video events ? - so how to equalize just one event and not the entire track ?

Thanks a bunch for any help on this!

Right-click and choose "apply non-real time audio FX." It's not the same as adding FX to video; it's not instant and the clip will need to be rendered out.

Thanks for the tip - so from what you say, the changes, say equalization, cant be heard before the clip is rendered.

You can preview it in real time before you render. But it won't be applied to the clip permanently until it's rendered.

You need Vegas Pro 10

Yeah, this does sound like one of the most appealing features of v10 (presuming it lets you apply audio FX just as easily as video FX) - i've never liked the current "apply non-real time audio FX" technique
