How To Add Plugins?

Como's back. back again
Hey guys, there was a question a little while ago, asking how to fix exposure, and white spots, and how to give more color, and detial. And that captain guy had a tutorial on that site, with a FREE plugin, i downlaoded it, and no i dont no how to add it in my final cut prgram. I followed the instructions at thte top of the page, but when i go to applicaton support, i dont see final cut
Please help!

Make sure you are in the ROOT Library... click on your system HD and use THAT library folder to hunt for the folder Application Support... then FCP etc.

ok, well i foudn the right folder, but when i try and paste it in, a message box comes up, and i can click ok ot authenticate, and i hit authenticate and it makes me type in my password, and then the plug in is in that folder

but the problem is, is that in final cut hwne i go to effect, collor corection, well it isnt in tehre
 
aw, no i tried, didint work

ps- i bookmarked that tutorial on the gun sight, only cuz its hilarious when ur son says at the very end "who are u talking to?"
