How to achieve a metallic silver color in Magic Bullet Looks?

Hi there,

I'm trying to achieve what I thought would be the easiest part of my project - turning a white wall to a fishbelly grey color. Surely just a matter of color correction, right? Wrong! This has been killing me for two days and now I'm reaching out.

I shot 1080HD-24pa on the HVX-200 and am cutting in Vegas using Magic Bullet Looks for color correction.

How can I go from white to silvery grey without switching to black and white?

(Posted here rather than Vegas because there's more traffic and MBL is cross-platform).
