My results with proper green screen and with cheap alternatives is night and day in post.
With a proper green screen and kino flos lighting it you get such a nicely lit green screen that you can pull a proper key from even the most blurriest of motion blurred footage. Cheap alternatives had a lot of inconsistencies in the color and showed a lot of shadows. The real material had a 1 or 2 color value in the green variance and very little shadowing.
