How much would you charge?

So I'm creating a video for a club venue for their website. Shooting 2 nights -> 4-5 hours each with 2 camera operators using HVX200 and D90, then post production with after effects and cinema 4d.

They want the promo to be quite similar to this and we have not yet discussed the budget.

What would you charge for this video or a video like it?

In my local area I would charge around $2000 for something like this. However I do not shoot on an HVX200 and would not need another camera operator (especially rolling tape on two nights). However, I also wouldn't do as much graphic work as in the video you linked. Just my $.02
 
Yeah, just a guess with prep and production being around 2000. Then an additional 2k for all the graphics work. So...4-5k.

How long is the final video supposed to be? I think that will be a big decider of things.
 
Thanks for the input, it helps a lot. I didn't want to start throwing numbers out there and end up low balling myself.

Right now we're looking at around 2-3 minutes max.
 
id say about 5k... because it seems like a lot of the work will be post-pro hours... as well as 2 cameras on two nights.....
