How much would you charge to create this?

I've been asked to get quotes on producing something similar to the above and figured you guys could provide a quick and accurate response.

Basically it will be shot on location at our office, we will provide scripting and some b-roll. You will be responsible for setting and filming the interview, filming addition b-roll (on location at our office) as needed and all post production and editing (see above) for use on youtube. Final length will be around 00:01:00 to 00:01:45. It needs to be shot in HD with lower thirds and any other creative elements you see fit (within reason, Kramer-esque explosions are not necessary! :cheesy:)

This will be a series of one video every 3 weeks.

So what do think, how much are we looking at?

The answers will be all over the place. There are so many different factors that determine what someone may charge for something like this. Charge what you feel is right. Don't be afraid to throw out a number, it's part of the game.
 
One thing that may be beneficial to you and the organization is convincing them to shoot 2-4 at a time. This way you get an assurance on a minimum amount, and you could sell it to them as a more cost effective manner than bringing you in once every few weeks to shoot for a few hours. It looks pretty basic, three hours to shoot each one at the most, and say 4-6 hours to post them. Add your rate from there.
 
Agreed, however, the question I am being asked is, should we use my work time, or outsource it so that I have the time to complete my day to day stuff. Hence my need for a ball park quote.
 
It would depend on your experience, previous work, their budget, local competition and every other variable that is different in pretty much every city that exists.

You're asking for what is essentially a moving target.
 
Understood, but there should still be an "average" ball park figure, no?

Anyway, thanks for the responses guys, I know this kinda question is difficult to gauge.
