Depends on what you want to do.
3D character modeling is about 50 an hour, entry level. Animation starts at 150 and goes upwards past 1k per finished 10seconds, or second even.
Three weeks for a professional 3D character model and rig could cost upwards of 17,000.
All depends on the project, what you need done, and how complex the shot.

Right now a friend is working on digitally enhancing the 'ghost' in my feature 'Afterlife' -- making her more ghostly looking, with a glow and such. She will also be working on compositing a couple of poorly-lit greenscreen scenes. She's doing it as a favor, but I was curious what work in the vein would normally go for. Any thoughts?
