How much $$$ in equipment rental insurance?

So I am having my insurance agent put together a quote for production/equipment insurance and have a question. Right now I am getting about $20,000 equipment, which will be raised to about $60,000-$80,000 when I get my RED. However, I am unsure how much extra I need to allow for rental gear--such as grip trucks, lights, lenses, etc. I am guessing that I probably need $100,000 coverage to go over all the gear I might rent for a bigger shoot. How do you all do it? It's a little annoying that I would be paying for insurance like I owned the gear, not that I'm only renting it for x many days a year.

I have 100k of coverage for my gear. I don't usually have to rent gear tho. It's best to just insure bigger productions as a single production. This way your not paying premiums all year long on overhead ya don't actually have.
You can save if you don't have a commercial locaton. I closed my studio abot 9 months ago to work from home and am enjoying the lowered overhead.
